La cause principale est <a href=\"https:\/\/lauralogo.com\/fr\/orthophonie-post-avc-a-malaga-reeducation-du-langage\/\">l'accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral<\/a> isch\u00e9mique, bien qu'elle puisse \u00e9galement \u00eatre provoqu\u00e9e par un traumatisme cr\u00e2nio-c\u00e9r\u00e9bral, une tumeur c\u00e9r\u00e9brale ou des maladies neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p><p>Les sympt\u00f4mes peuvent varier consid\u00e9rablement : ils vont de l\u00e9g\u00e8res difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver ses mots \u00e0 une perte presque totale de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 communiquer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-422620b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"422620b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-614afa5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"614afa5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00c0 quelle fr\u00e9quence l'aphasie survient-elle apr\u00e8s un AVC ?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c0bc01b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c0bc01b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Une m\u00e9ta-analyse portant sur plus de 168 000 patients victimes d'un AVC a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une pr\u00e9valence globale de l'aphasie de 34 %, le risque \u00e9tant nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 chez les femmes que chez les hommes.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p><p>En d'autres termes, environ une personne sur trois victime d'un AVC d\u00e9veloppera une forme d'aphasie. L'aphasie est donc l'une des s\u00e9quelles neurologiques les plus fr\u00e9quentes apr\u00e8s un AVC. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d45e289 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"d45e289\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e6407e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0e6407e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Types d'aphasie<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e0f4c86 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e0f4c86\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC10910787\/\">Sur un \u00e9chantillon<\/a> de 625 patients atteints d'aphasie post-AVC, les sous-types les plus fr\u00e9quents \u00e9taient l'aphasie de Broca (27,2 %), l'aphasie anomique (26,4 %), l'aphasie globale (19 %) et l'aphasie sous-corticale (9,1 %).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p><p>Les principaux troubles que l'orthophoniste \u00e9value et traite sont les suivants :<\/p><ul><li>Aphasie de Broca : difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 parler couramment, \u00e9locution saccad\u00e9e, compr\u00e9hension relativement pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e. Le patient sait ce qu'il veut dire, mais ne parvient pas \u00e0 l'exprimer facilement. <\/li><li>Aphasie de Wernicke : \u00e9locution fluide mais avec des erreurs lexicales, difficult\u00e9 importante \u00e0 comprendre. Le patient peut parler beaucoup, mais sans grand sens. <\/li><li>Aphasie globale : la forme la plus grave, qui affecte gravement tant l'expression que la compr\u00e9hension.<\/li><li>Aphasie anomique : difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver les mots justes (anomie), la compr\u00e9hension \u00e9tant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e. Il s'agit de la forme la plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re et la plus fr\u00e9quente au stade chronique. <\/li><\/ul><p>Le potentiel de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration varie selon le type d'aphasie : l'aphasie de Broca offre d'excellentes perspectives de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration fonctionnelle, tandis que l'aphasie de Wernicke se caract\u00e9rise par une r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration plus limit\u00e9e, m\u00eame si la plupart des patients constatent une certaine am\u00e9lioration.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8e6f555 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"8e6f555\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4ec35e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4ec35e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Quand faut-il consulter un orthophoniste si je souffre d'aphasie ?\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4dd800c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4dd800c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il est recommand\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation orthophonique d\u00e8s que possible apr\u00e8s un AVC. Les signes indiquant la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de consulter sont les suivants : <\/p><ul><li>Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver ses mots ou \u00e0 s'exprimer par des phrases compl\u00e8tes<\/li><li>Un discours saccad\u00e9, lent ou ponctu\u00e9 de fr\u00e9quentes erreurs<\/li><li>Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre ce que disent les autres<\/li><li>Difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 lire ou \u00e0 \u00e9crire<\/li><li>Frustration ou isolement social li\u00e9s \u00e0 la communication<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-28359bf e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"28359bf\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1e09899 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1e09899\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Traitement de l'aphasie : comment travaille un orthophoniste\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0d95e5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f0d95e5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Une intervention pr\u00e9coce fait toute la diff\u00e9rence.<\/p><p>Une \u00e9tude prospective randomis\u00e9e contr\u00f4l\u00e9e men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 123 patients atteints d'aphasie \u00e0 la suite d'un premier AVC isch\u00e9mique aigu a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation orthophonique, commenc\u00e9e dans les deux premiers jours suivant l'AVC et poursuivie pendant 21 jours, favorise la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de la communication fonctionnelle.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p><p>La prise en charge orthophonique de l'aphasie comprend :<\/p><ul><li>\u00c9valuation d\u00e9taill\u00e9e du profil linguistique du patient<\/li><li>Exercices de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration lexicale (trouver des mots)<\/li><li>Exercices portant sur la compr\u00e9hension orale et \u00e9crite<\/li><li>Strat\u00e9gies de communication fonctionnelle et alternative<\/li><li>Soutien et formation destin\u00e9s aux familles<\/li><\/ul><p>La t\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9\u00e9ducation est une option efficace. Elle est particuli\u00e8rement indiqu\u00e9e pour les patients \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite : <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/31903800\/\">un essai clinique<\/a> randomis\u00e9 a \u00e9valu\u00e9 la t\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9\u00e9ducation du langage par vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence chez des patients atteints d'aphasie post-AVC, concluant que la t\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9\u00e9ducation assist\u00e9e par vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence peut constituer un mod\u00e8le viable de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation de l'aphasie, avec des effets positifs sur les r\u00e9sultats linguistiques.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p><p>Cela confirme que les s\u00e9ances d'orthophonie en ligne constituent une alternative valable et accessible pour les patients atteints d'aphasie, en particulier au stade chronique ou d'entretien.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-40a6c87 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"40a6c87\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8d954c0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8d954c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Combien de temps dure le traitement ?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9656c08 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9656c08\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il n'y a pas de d\u00e9lai unique. La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration apr\u00e8s une aphasie est un processus individuel qui d\u00e9pend de facteurs tels que la gravit\u00e9 initiale, la localisation de la l\u00e9sion, l'\u00e2ge et l'intensit\u00e9 de la th\u00e9rapie.
