General Conditions of Service
1. Description of the service
The speech therapy services offered by Laura Benitez are aimed at children, teenagers and adults, in English, French and/or Spanish. The intervention is personalized and adapted to the needs of each person, with the objective of accompanying communication, language, speech, voice, swallowing or learning difficulties.
2. Modality and duration
Sessions can be :
In person, at the office located in Mijas (Malaga).
Online, prior coordination
At your home, according to availability and location
Each session lasts 60 minutes.
3. Rate
Prices are communicated in a personal and transparent manner from the first contact, in order to guarantee clarity and trust from the beginning of the therapeutic process.
Rates per session :
- 60 minutes online session: 50 €
60 minutes session in the office : 60 €
4. Methods of payment
Several methods of payment are accepted:
- Bank transfer
- Bizum
- Cash
- Revolut
- Paypal
5. Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or unexcused absences may result in a partial or total charge for the reserved session.
6. Confidentiality and data processing
All information shared within the framework of the accompaniment will be treated as strictly confidential.
The rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply.

7. Patient's rights
The patient (or his/her legal representative) has the right to access his/her information, modify it or terminate the accompaniment at any time.
No specific therapeutic outcome is guaranteed, since each process depends on multiple individual and contextual factors.
